ATA Leadership Martial Arts Programs

The teaching curriculum at the ATA Black Belt Academy is based on two concepts: "positive mental attitude" and "high goal setting." We feel so positive about this program that we promise to give you and your family the most professional, well supervised and the highest quality classes available in any sport or art.

We offer a 30 day free trial for all our programs. Stop by our school or fill out our contact page and one of our qualified instructors will answer any questions that you might have.

There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the martial arts. We have developed a program based on traditional Tae Kwon Do for kids called Karate for Kids. The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills.

In addition to monthly themes that focus on such things as confidence, goals and self-improvement, our system includes the unique victory patch. Kids are rewarded special "Victory Stars." These different colored stars are rewarded for outstanding performance in karate class, school, home or at a tournament competition.

In addition to our internationally recognized Karate for Kids program, we offer the Tae Kwon Do for Tiny Tigers program. The Tiny Tiger program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 2 through 6.

This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.

Our adult program offers older students an opportunity to release the stress of the daily grind!

Regardless if you are looking to learn self-defense, lose weight, build strength or just make new friends, martial arts can be a vital part of your success. Studying martial arts is also a great way to build leadership skills that are necessary to advance in your career.

Our Protech program gives students an opportunity to learn how to use the traditional weapons of Tae Kwon Do. In these classes, students learn how to safely train with a Ssahng Jeol Bong (Nunchuck), Bahng Mahng Ee (short stick) and Jahng Bong (long stick).

This program also offers students an opportunity to learn specialized self-defense.
